“For with God nothing shall be impossible” Luke 1:37 KJV

Bishop Frank Williams, Jr. the eldest child of Katherine Williams and the late Frankie Williams, Sr. is a native of Richmond, Virginia.  He is a product of the public school system of Richmond.  He furthered his education at Virginia Commonwealth University and the Evans Smith Institute of Virginia Union University School of Theology.

Bishop Williams served in the United States Army for two years.  Upon completion of his military service, he was employed as an Operating Room Technician at McGuire Veterans Hospital in Richmond Virginia.  In September of 1998, through the leading of God, he retired after thirty-three years of service to the federal government.

Having given his life to Christ as a teenager, Bishop Williams became a faithful member of Jerusalem Holy Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Annie Chamblin.  He served as a junior deacon, choir member, soloist and driver for the pastor.  In 1974, he was called to the ministry.  After the death of Bishop Annie Chamblin, he continued to work faithfully in the ministry under the leadership of our presiding prelate, Bishop Olive C. Brown and also traveled and ministered with the late Bishop James F. Brown, Jr.

During this period, he gave leadership to the following areas of ministry: Evangelist, Presiding Elder, Board of Directors, Mt. Sinai Holy Churches of America, Inc., member, Home & Foreign Missionary Convention, president

In due time, God led Bishop Olive C. Brown to become the founder and presiding prelate of the International Christian Ministries.  Bishop Williams worked faithfully in this ministry and it was here that he was consecrated to the Bishopric on August 2, 1994.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Christian Ministries and is the founder of the Family, Youth and Community Wholeness Center of Lynchburg, Virginia.

He and his wife Elder Paulette Williams in August 2001 founded and now pastor New Birth ICM in Lynchburg, Virginia. New Birth’s mission is to serve to whole person through ministry, training, cultural and artistic endeavors, spiritual discipline and vibrant worship in a Christ-centered environment.  We are leading people to build effective, fulfilling, powerful and rewarding lives in Christ Jesus.

Bishop Williams and his wife, Elder Paulette Williams celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary on August 5, 2006.   They are the proud parents of Gavin Lamont and Casie Nicole.
